Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer a straightforward and hassle-free return and exchange policy to ensure your shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Sale items, accessories, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty.
- Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process
- Submit a Return Request
Email us at support@edwinluka.com with your order number and reason for return. - Ship the Item Back
Once your request is approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the return shipping address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item was damaged or incorrect). - Inspection & Refund
After we receive your returned item, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchange Policy
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same steps as a return and place a new order for the desired item.
- Exchanges are processed once we receive and inspect the original item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@edwinluka.com with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.
